Redemptive Labs DFW is a community of entrepreneurs, builders, funders, and connectors in DFW that aspire to practice redemptive entrepreneurship.

Through peer community, mentoring, and spiritual practice…founders and leaders deepen their imagination and accelerate their practice of redemptive entrepreneurship. All lab events are designed to support a leader’s growth — and the growth of their venture.

Redemptive Business Lab Overview

A Redemptive Business Lab is a 2.5 day in-person experience where 6 - 8 like-minded founders and mentors explore what it looks like to build a redemptive venture.

The Redemptive Lab experience is designed for founders’ specific needs and opportunities — generating experience-based insights and discussions about how to apply the Redemptive Frame to what we build, how we build, and why we build, sharing vision presentations, and getting 1:1 mentoring from experienced venture builders. Founders leave the Lab with an understanding of redemptive strategy, operations, and leadership; a series of prototypes to run in their venture; and relationships with 6 - 8 peers and 6 - 8 mentors for ongoing community.

Redemptive Labs are designed by Praxis and hosted locally by a Labs Team who actively cultivate a venture-building ecosystem in their city.

Business Founders and Ecosystem

The Redemptive Business Lab is for early-stage founders of for-profit businesses to grow their leadership and their venture, in and with a community of believers.

Founders - We look for founders leading ventures that are:

  • For Profit: the upcoming Dallas lab is for for-profit ventures

  • Locations: founders in or near the greater Dallas area (including Frisco, McKinney, mid cities, etc)

  • Business Type: product and service businesses

  • Early-stage: ideally within first 5 years of operations (although okay if beyond then)

  • Post-hunch: currently have traction and aiming for growth in what they are building

  • Approach: Aiming to pursue their mission through a redemptive approach

  • Team: Have a team with a scalable approach (not geared towards solopreneurs)

Faith - Led by serious Christians who are:

  • Aiming to embody the gospel through a redemptive venture

  • Humble and teachable with a passion for excellence

  • Seeking a redemptive community to grow together in faith and supporting one another’s ventures

  • Lead decision makers of their venture and (ideally) working full-time on the venture

Each Redemptive Lab needs a mix of founders, mentors, funders, and team members who facilitate the experience. Whether you are a founder seeking to join a Redemptive Lab, a funder interested in supporting transformative ventures, an experienced venture builder willing to mentor, or simply interested in engaging with the Praxis ecosystem in DFW, we’d love to hear from you.
